   1. How do I make a call on my Pivotel Inmarsat satellite phone?
   •   National Calls & Mobile Calls

        the To make a standard national call you must enter the country code, area code and number – for example to call a fixed line number 09 XXX XXXX in
        Auckland dial +649XXXXXXX. To dial a standard national mobile number 02X XXX XXXX dial +642XXXXXXXX. To dial an Australian mobile number
        04XX XXX XXX, dial +614XXXXXXXX.
   •   International Calls
        To make an international call simply enter the number in the format + <country code> <area code> <phone number>. Remember, if the area code has a
        leading 0 then you must omit that when you enter the number – for example to call the number 02 XXXX XXXX in NSW, Australia dial +61 2 XXXX XXXX
        or to dial 415 XXX XXXX in California, USA dial +1415XXXXXXX.

 
   2. How do I access voicemail?
   •   Voicemail can be accessed from your mobile by dialing 0424 212 121. Please note it will be charged at applicable satellite rates. For details, please refer

        to Pivotel Inmarsat Call Plans.

 
   3. Can I change my plan if I am under contract?
   •   Yes, but you can only move to the next higher call plan during contract term.
 
   4. Can I send SMS text messages?
   •   Yes, you can send and receive SMS messages.
 
   5. What number should I dial for emergency services?
   •   111 is the emergency services number that is designated for emergency calls from all telephone networks in New Zealand. When calling 111, you will be

        connected to police, fire, or ambulance. If you are travelling overseas and using your phone or have your SIM in a GSM only phone, you can call the

        international emergency number 112 wherever there is Inmarsat or GSM coverage available. This international emergency number will also work in

        New Zealand using any Pivotel service. if using a GSM based service, calling 112 will work within the coverage area of any GSM based mobile network

        in New Zealand

 
   6. How I do get a new service connected?
   •   Please refer to the dealer listing on our website to locate your nearest dealer, or contact Customer Care on 0508 882 448.
 
   7. Can I connect and port my mobile number from another carrier?
   •  Yes, the existing mobile number needs to be active with the carrier to transfer (port) this number to your new Pivotel Inmarsat service. You must advise
       your dealer at the time of connection that this is what you wish to do. It is advisable to have a copy of your current account with you.
 
   8. What should I do if I misplace or have my phone stolen?
   •   Contact Customer Care immediately on 0508 882 448 and they will bar your service to prevent the phone being used.
 
   9. Can I use my telephone overseas?
   •   The Inmarsat network has near-global coverage on land or at sea. Your Pivotel Inmarsat satellite phone will operate at the standard rates within

        New Zealand/Australian territory, and at international call rates outside of the New Zealand/Australia territory. Please refer to Inmarsat coverage maps

        for details of these zones.
